Obesity Cycle

I gain weight because I eat too much, so I reduce my eating portion. However, it makes me feel bad and sad, so I eat again. -__-‘

Happy mind, happy heart and happy face

Your facial expression reflects what’s in your heart. I believe that. Last week at gym, as usual I did my observation on the people around me. It’s Zumba class, dance-aerobic, very fun class, nice song and makes your heart beats so fast because of its excitement. Quite a lot of people came on that day. Some of them laughed while dancing, some smiled, some put a long face, some are with flat expression, including me. Hehehehe.

While seeing that, I tried to guess what are in their minds, each of them. Most of the happy people are easy going. I adore this group of people who are always cheerful, like no burden, can laugh all the time. Not only that, they can make the people around them laugh too! Amazing how the effect is…

The smiling people, they actually enjoyed the class, but they were to embarrassed to express it, not like the easy going people. The people with flat expression are a bit difficult to read. It can be because a lot of factors. Probably their mind was not present in the class, but thinking of something else, most likely about work, since the class schedule is after working hours. Another probability is they think of their problem and looking for a solution. My case, I was thinking of my dilemma. What I have to do tomorrow, my current project, trying to get some ideas, busy observing people and lot of other things.

I realize that to have a friendly face, you have to have a friendly heart. But, can’t people act? Can they just laugh in front of other people even though their heart cry? I think, no matter how good your acting is, your true feeling will always reflect your expression and sincerity…

Terminated

It has been 3 years now since I’ve joined the gym membership. 3 years, with the same class, same schedule, made new circle of friends and finally at this point of time I feel bored. What made me feel so enthusiast at the first time, I see it so boring now. I know I’m gonna miss them someday, but I think it’s time to look for new activity, do something different and exciting. Hope I made the right decision.

P.S. Thanks for all members and friends for your support all this time. I really appreciate that. Hiks…hiks….feel sad.

Thx for accompanying me all this time…

Seminar tahunan kawal selia kandungan - “1Malaysia 1Kandungan”

Attended : 3 August 2010 Venue : MCMC Cyberjaya

This whole day seminar gave me a whole new experience, theoretically for the industry and also for my personal life experience.

The power of communication and presentation

I realize that actually a person is most attractive when he/she speaks and behave well. A lot of people have good thought but not everyone has the ability to communicate well with others.

That’s why I always admire public figures because they open my eyes and my perspective of how a successful person becomes.

I wish to become one of them someday who gain respect and power by sharing my thought and communicate well.

30 Seconds Speech by Bryan Dyson (CEO of Coca Cola)

“Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air.
You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the Air.

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.

But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it.

“Work efficiently during working hours and leave on time. Give the required time to your Family, Friends, and have a proper rest”
